David & Janet Meyer, Cathy Thomas, Natalie Manley & Alan La Veille, Tom & Chick Lancaster and Mary & Tom Lancaster attended the Great Chefs Tasting Party & Auction on Sunday, March 5, 2017 which benefited the Center for Disability Services (formerly UCP of Illinois Prairieland). This evening event took individuals back to the “Roaring Twenties” and included food sampling and entertainment, including Melvin seranading the crowd. A featured moment was the opening of the vault, just like when Geraldo Rivera hosted the opening of Al Capone’s vault, with hints being slowly revealed of what the vault package was and bidding on mystery prizes.

The Center for Disability Services aims to improve the quality of life for persons with cerebral palsy and other disabilities. CDS provides support and direct services to individuals and families impacted by the challenges of developmental disabilities, in addition to promoting community awareness and advocating for issues pertaining to those with developmental disabilities.
